Terms of Service

Jetdunes is an AI-powered travel marketplace that connects:

• Travelers — individuals planning personal trips who want AI-built itineraries and real quotes from local travel experts
• Travel Agents — professional travel agencies sourcing trips on behalf of their clients
• Destination Management Companies (DMCs) / Destination Experts — local travel specialists who receive trip requests and submit quotes

Jetdunes provides the technology platform and AI tools. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or DMC ourselves. All travel services, quotes, and bookings are between the traveler/agent and the destination expert directly.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Businesses using the Platform confirm they are duly registered and authorised to operate.

You may use the AI trip builder without creating an account. To submit quote requests linked to your profile, message agents, or access a traveler dashboard, you must register.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ops@sanyaa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Jetdunes uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate day-by-day travel itineraries. These itineraries are:

• Generated automatically based on your inputs and are for planning purposes only
• Not guaranteed to reflect current availability, pricing, visa requirements, or travel conditions
• Not a booking confirmation or contractual commitment from any party

Always verify visa requirements, safety advisories, and travel conditions with official government sources before travelling.

When you submit a quote request, Jetdunes routes it to matched, verified destination experts. By submitting a request:

• You consent to your trip details and contact information being shared with the matched destination experts
• You understand that receiving a quote is not a booking confirmation
• You agree that any booking arrangement, payment, and contractual relationship is directly between you and the destination expert

Destination experts who submit quotes through the Platform agree that their quotes are accurate, reflect actual service offerings, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Jetdunes connects users but does not itself provide travel services, accommodation, transportation, or any other travel-related service. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, or delivery of any travel service quoted or booked through the Platform
• Disputes between travelers, agents, and destination experts
• Any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from travel services
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, travel bans, pandemics, etc.)

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information on the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform or its AI outputs at scale
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use the Platform to compete directly with Jetdunes by building a similar marketplace
• Submit spam, unsolicited marketing, or malicious content through the messaging system

All content, technology, trademarks, and AI models on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Jetdunes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any trip data and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting it, you grant Jetdunes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to provide and improve the service.

The Platform is currently free for all users during the Early Access phase. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable prior notice. Any future fee structure will be communicated via the Platform and email before it takes effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetdunes and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed AED 500 (or equivalent), or the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users by email and update the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
